Spiritual awakening

Spiritual awakening

Answering oneself

And I told myself that everything is going to be alright. Making myself believe that whatever message I feed to my sub-conscience will reciprocate in my life. As the mind is everything and there’s nothing more powerful than you yourself in the whole world who has the control till the eternity of living fully for oneself. I repeatedly told myself that I am getting better every day and the power of wisdom will flow through me when I have found inner peace. Going with the flow deeply breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. And Every time the strength of my positive thinking got multiplied.

The time may come and it may go but what makes us stand boldly is what let us keep going.

Then, Why feed the darkness than hope?

Why have self-doubts when you can do something outrageously extraordinary being full of confidence?

Why make your inner-peace be withered away when you can achieve tranquility?

Accepting and living to the fullest

We make numerous mistakes in our lives and those are part of our learning process. You can’t be perfect in everything you do and whatever shows up in your life is a reflection of what goes through your mind. Yes, you can do the things with great perfection by mastering its skill but that doesn’t make you a perfectionist as a whole. You get hard on yourself the time you realize that life isn’t worth living being in comfort zone. Exceeding your limits as to discover yourself at a different level to be grateful for. As to make yourself feel alive, that part of waking oneself mentally as well physically is necessary and a spiritual awakening is achieved.

Overcoming it

But, we need to understand that; committing mistakes and taking bad decisions doesn’t really bring you down rather makes you rise even better, finding perfection in everything won’t make you better than others as life is to unite together and celebrate than to prove others wrong. As to get from nowhere to somewhere it is necessary to taste the hardships but at times you have to just go with the flow and let go what you can’t fix.

Finding Perfection in one’s Flaws

No doubt, your flaws are mostly taken as a sign of weakness but that doesn’t really mean to accept it and stop doing efforts to overcome it. Yes, sometimes you have to accept them and be contented with what you are. You don’t need to chase anyone to be accepted for being you and those who are meant to be in your life will automatically gravitate back towards you. As what you are today is a result of all that you have experienced and gone through in your life such that its impact has deeply embedded in the most vital part of your mind. Your childhood plays a great role in what you are today and some things may never change as it has been developed over a long period of time but you can make its negative impression dimmer by not letting it define you.

A Purpose to Serve

Every day you; wake, bath, drink, eat, walk, work and do numerous of other things.

But, Do you actually live? Is it a true reality that we are living or just a perception of our mind playing a deception for us by creating an illusion of our goal and happiness?

We often mistake living as; staying busy in work, earning money, helping others but mostly minding our own business as to live.

But is that what bring us happiness and a purpose to serve?

We get too much busy in hustle and bustle of life that we forget to actually live. You are dead from the inside if;  you stop implementing in your life, you keep on complaining and are not making a change in yourself, you follow the same routine every day and willing to learn nothing new. Life is what you make of it and you should live it in a way such that all the rollercoaster ups and downs passes easily in an enjoyment than worrying about falling from the ride of life. To find happiness in little things and not to settle for anything you don’t love to do. It is a gift which cannot be controlled fully but can be molded while implementing to a better self.

And then I took a deep breath feeling the aura of nature cleansing my body and synchronizing my mind. As if there has been a spiritual awakening.

Now It was the time of weather being changed, leaves being shed and an essence of life being reborn.

A very interesting perspective. I believe among these, the ability to reflect on one’s flaws is a very important aspect of spiritual awakening. This is the essence of meditation for me. Who am I? What have I done? What have I not done? What can I do to change what I believe is my weakness?

    • Yes! One has to look deep into and ask oneself the true purpose of life and what are they doing for its fulfillment. A moment of anxiety with a sudden twist of ecstasy. That’s what I have expressed, the very moment of my meditation. Glad to know that you found it interesting. Stay tuned for more reads and have a great day ahead. 🙂
